Terms and Conditions for Homeopathic Complementary Therapy

Welcome to the therapy practice of Nighat Rashid.  I am a Licensed Homeopath. While I would like to be an expert in all things, I try and limit my practice to Homeopathy and Bach Flower essences.  This is because I have a great deal of training and experience in these areas. When you make an appointment with me, it means that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions for the entire duration of our work together. You must agree to my GDPR statement before booking. I will never share or sell your data to any third party for any purpose.

In good faith

You affirm that you are voluntarily seeking my assistance and that you have the capacity to make the decision to book an appointment. You also acknowledge that you are not acting on behalf of any agency or trying to gather information without disclosing your true intentions.

Missed appointments

If you cancel an appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full cost of the consultation. However, if there is a last-minute emergency, please reach out to inform me and I may consider waiving this fee. It is important to enter your correct local time zone when booking online. You can easily reschedule an appointment yourself using the online booking system, if it is done at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel an appointment.


If you arrive late to a consultation, the time will be shortened but the full fee will still apply. For all online consultations, you will receive the Zoom personal room details in your email confirmation. Join the Waiting Room at the agreed time, and if there are technical issues, we will find an alternative way to communicate. If we are unable to connect due to technical issue on my end, then there will be no charge.  However, if it is your fault, you will be charged the full cost of the consultation.


Your information will be kept confidential, in accordance with the private policy. I will not share your details unless required by law or with your explicit permission.

 Code of Conduct

I am a member of the Society of Homeopaths (UK) and  I abide by their Code of Conduct and Ethics.

Out of Hours

I can be reached for support between consultations, preferably through WhatsApp for urgent matters or via email. If you require a face-to-face conversation regarding your prescription or progress, you can book a free 15-minute call with me through my online booking system. I do not offer emergency services. For medical emergencies, please contact your GP or go to the nearest A&E. Remember that for immediate emergency care, you should contact the appropriate emergency services.

Homeopathy and Other Healthcare

Homeopathy can be used in addition to traditional medication and therapies. It is important to inform your healthcare providers of all treatments and medications you are currently taking. Your usual medications will not be stopped without your consent, but any changes must be discussed with your prescribing practitioner. You may be required to have extra health checks, consult with your doctor for diagnosis, or determine if your medications are still necessary. There is a possibility that you may be asked to undergo private blood or hair tests at your own expense.


If necessary, I may request a photo to better understand your condition. However, you have the right to refuse this request. If you choose to share any visuals, they should not show nudity of any adults or children. Recording audio or video during the consultation is not allowed unless all parties agreed previously.

Prescriptions and Remedies

After receiving my prescription, you should purchase your homeopathic remedy from a homeopathic pharmacy listed below:

Alternatively, if I have the remedy available in my own small pharmacy, I will dispense it to you. I will send your prescription and, if applicable, the remedy within 2 working days of our consultation.


When you book a consultation with me, I will add your email address to my own client list so that I can contact you about your consultations.

Payment of Fees

Payment for each online consultation session should be made via Paypal at the time of booking. The fees cover the consultation, casework, prescribed remedies, postage, and email support between appointments. Once these services are provided, no refunds will be given.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance and have already paid online, you will receive a full refund. However, cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice or not showing up at your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the original fee. This fee must be paid within 7 days of the cancelled appointment, and cancellations must be done by phone or email with payment made via Paypal. I will endeavour to give you as much advance notice as possible in terms of holidays or of any need to cancel a future appointment.
