I take the privacy rights of my clients very seriously. This privacy policy sets out how I deal with your ‘personal information’, that is, information that could identify, or is related to the identity of, an individual. This privacy policy is essential to establish transparency and trust with clients and ensure that the client personal information is handled responsibly and securely. Personal Information Collected includes:

I collect the information directly from you. This is usually during the initial consultation. The information is also collected via Client Registration form’, which I ask you to complete prior to the initial consultation. Additionally, I will gather details about the conditions for which you have consulted me, and the remedies or therapies I prescribe or recommended over time.

Sharing of Personal Information

I do not share clients’ personal information with any third parties. When you provide your personal information, I will request your explicit consent to store and use the data electronically. This consent is essential to comply with data protection legislation and maintain the security of your information.

Use of Personal Information

The collected personal information is used to analyse your conditions and provide suitable remedies or therapies. Communication will occur through email, other digital methods, telephone, or post.


I only contact clients for marketing purposes if you have explicitly given permission to do so.

Retention of Personal Information

Client information is kept if you continue to consult me. After your last consultation, the data is retained for further seven years. After this period, patient files are securely destroyed, and digital information is erased from the computer system. Updating and Correcting Information: Clients have the right to request updates or corrections to their personal information, and I will respond to such requests within 14 working days.

Storage of Personal Information

Client files are securely stored in electronic format on the computer. I take precautions to protect the information from loss, theft, or unauthorized access. Email addresses are securely held on the servers of the email provider. Any personal information gathered during the consultation session is securely stored on the computer which is backed up regularly.  No person other than myself has access to the saved records. I may occasionally send an email reminder in connection with your next appointment date and/or an email outlining your prescription and instructions for use. Your mobile number and any text messages we have exchanged are stored on my iPhone that is backed up electronically on the iCloud to protect against accidental loss.

Changes to the Policy

If there are any material changes to this privacy policy, I will inform clients about them.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation. Where there is less notice, or you fail to attend your appointment, the fee for that session will be incurred. The therapist will endeavour to give you as much advance notice as possible in terms of holidays or of any need to cancel a future appointment.
